Specialist Referral

Do you feel like you need to see a Specialist?  Do you need a second opinion or specialized care from a medical Specialist?

As a Nurse Practitioner I am able to refer you to Specialists as required.  Book for your Health Consultation.

The cost is $40. Although this fee is not covered by Alberta Health Care, it may be reimbursed by your private health insurance or will be income tax deductible as a medical expense.
